On 27 July 2011, we learn of the Norway attacker's Varanasi connection

Anders Breivik, or his double, has been photographed wearing combat badges, made in Varanasi, in India.

In 2006, there was a terror attack in Varanasi (7th March 2006).

"The terror attack proved very useful to counter the growing unity of the Indian masses against US-Zionist imperialism."

Breivik placed his order for badges for 'Justiciar Knight' uniform through the internet.

"Yes, the order for preparing two samples was received by me in my e-mail account about 11 months back," said 45-year-old Mohammad Aslam Ansari.

The badge shows a white skull, marked with the symbols of communism, Islam and Nazism on the forehead, impaled on the cross of the martyrs. The badge projects opposition against Islam, Communism and Nazism.

Breivik, or his CIA-Mossad double, expressed strong support for the fascist Indian Hindutva movement in the 'war' against Islam.

'Breivik' wrote:

"India will continue to wither and die unless the Indian nationalists consolidate properly and strike to win.

"It is essential that the European and Indian resistance movements learn from each other and cooperate as much as possible.

"Our goals are more or less identical."

There is a belief that the CIA would like to weaken its economic and political rivals, China, India and Pakistan.

One way to do this would be to get India to attack Pakistan, the ally of China.

David Headley worked for the US Drug Enforcement Administration.

Allegedly he is an agent of the CIA.

He is reported to be one of the planners of a series of terror incidents in India over a number of years, which have been blamed on Pakistan.

He has admitted to helping plan the 2008 Mumbai attacks.

Headley, who lived in Breach Candy, had hobnobbed with the Amercian consulate and always gave my son the impression that he was a CIA plant in India.

Rahul did talk to David Headley, but much before in 2007 when he befriended him.

This was when the Marriott attack had taken place in Islamabad.

Headley made an educated pronouncement to Rahul – 'What is unfolding in Islamabad will also happen in your city – in this part of the world', he said.

This is how the whole thing was narrated to me by Rahul when the question about David speaking to Rahul was raised.

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt's son Rahul ... doesn't think David Headley is one to be influenced by jihadi elements.

"The investigators have spent just 30 hours speaking to Headley.

"I have spent 1,000 hours with him. I don't think he is one to be influenced by jihadi elements," Rahul said.

According to Rahul: "Headley has been made a 'fall guy' for the Americans, the CIA.

"There is a much deeper issue. Headley is not what he is made out to be."

"Headley was trained by Americans in the art of surveillance and was sent in by their Drug Enforcement Agency," he said, claiming that Headley was a "CIA terrorist".

"He was not a jihadi element, who believed in sacrificing 1,000 lives," Rahul said.

"In fact, we used to joke with him, calling him "Agent Headley" because we suspected him to be a CIA guy," he said.

In the USA, David Headley's friend Tahawwur Rana, a Chicago businessman, was accused of involvement in the 2008 attacks on Mumbai.

"Prosecutors made a September 7, 2009, recorded phone call between Rana and Headley the centerpiece of their evidence against Rana. In the call, the men discussed the Mumbai attacks."

In the USA, on 9 June 2011, a federal jury cleared Tahawwur Rana of cooperating in the 2008 attack in Mumbai.

But, of course, the CIA already knew all about David Headley.



Some people might suspect that the Gilanis work for the CIA.

And probably a lot of the top people in India also work for the CIA.

How might the CIA be financing al Qaeda?

In Pakistan the CIA worked with President Zia-ul-Haq, who "was running the drug trade."

According to the New York Times, on 12/10/01, al-Qaeda's mujahedin worked with the US in Bosnia.

"Militants linked to Al Qaeda ... established connections with Bosnian organized crime figures.

"Officials said Al Qaeda ... found a route for the trafficking of heroin from Afghanistan into Europe through the Balkans."

According to Daniel Hopsicker: Barry Seal "told investigators that between March 1984, and August 1985, he made a quarter-million dollars smuggling up to 15,000 kilos of cocaine while working for the DEA." (Barry Seal)


On 11 February 2010, Forbes reported

1. Al Qaeda (CIA) in North Africa ... "appears to be involved in the trafficking of Latin American cocaine through Africa to Spain".

2. Michael Braun, chief of operations at the DEA until 2008, says "There is more clear evidence showing al Qaeda's (CIA's) growing involvement in the Afghan heroin trade on the Pakistan side of the border."

3. Dawood Ibrahim runs a 5,000 member gang involved in narcotics and operates mostly from Pakistan, India and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the US government, Ibrahim shares smuggling routes with al Qaeda (CIA) and has worked with both al Qaeda and its affiliate, Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Lashkar has been blamed for carrying out the 2008 Mumbai attacks, possibly with Ibrahim's help.

4. According to a federal indictment, in 2006 a Pakistani financier for Lashkar-e-Taiba handed David Headley of Chicago $25,000 to conduct video surveillance in India in preparation for the Mumbai attack.

"Arif Qasmani, a chief Lashkar coordinator who has raised funds from crime boss Ibrahim, has been providing al Qaeda with supplies and weapons.

"In return al Qaeda loaned to Lashkar operatives who helped carry out the 2006 train bombings in Mumbai."


"The CIA created a unit in Haiti, whose purported purpose was anti-drug activity, but was in reality 'used as an instrument of political terror', and was heavily involved in drug trafficking.

According to Peter Dale Scott, Mexico's intelligence agency, the Dirección Federal de Seguridad, was in part a CIA creation.

DFS badges, "handed out to top-level Mexican drug-traffickers, have been labelled by DEA agents a virtual 'license to traffic.'"[7]

David Headley, an agent of the American government, planned the Mumbai attacks of 2008, and other such terror attacks.



Headley seems to have worked closely with elements of both the Indian and Pakistani security services.



Headley has been linked to the 2007 attack on the Samjhauta Express train in India.



Mumbai area anti-terror police chief Hemant Karkare discovered that Indian spooks were also linked to this attack.

The American CIA seems to be playing a double game - pretending to be friends with India and Pakistan, while undermining both.



The CIA gets away with it because it controls many people within key institutions in both Pakistan and India.

Allegedly, the CIA plans to break up India.



The aim of the CIA is total global dominance for the USA.

And that means keeping countries like India and Pakistan weak and divided.



The CIA is anxious to blame the Mumbai Attacks on elements of Pakistan's spy service ISI, and a group called Lashkar, which allegedly is run by ISI.



But, ISI and the CIA have long worked as a team.

Neither Ahmed nor Sheikh have been charged and brought to trial on this count.

The Washington Post and ProPublica reported at least five separate instances in which relatives or associates of David Headley warned the US authorities that David Headley was training or working with Pakistani militants.



Well before the Mumbai Attacks, one of Headley's ex-wives told U.S. officials that she thought Headley was linked to the 2007 bombing of the Samjauta express train in India that killed dozens of people and has been blamed on the Lashkar-e-Taiba militant group (which has links to the CIA). But if Headley was CIA, the CIA would not want to take action against him.

On 29 December 2010, at ProPublica, there is an article entitled: "Mumbai Case Offers Rare Picture of Ties Between Pakistan’s Intelligence Service and Militants"



According to this article:



Officials from the USA and India think that Pakistan's spy service ISI "recruited and trained Headley in spying techniques and gave him money and instructions to scout targets in Mumbai and elsewhere".



At the same time, Pakistan's spy service ISI was working closely with the CIA and U.S. military.



Headley has admitted to working for America's Drug Enforcement Administration.

According to Headley's account:



A Major Iqbal became Headley's main handler in Lahore.



Pakistani officials say they have not been able to identify Major Iqbal or confirm any involvement of military officers.



Major Iqbal called Headley from a phone number with a 646 area code (one used in the New York area), the report says.

Headley refers to a discussion with Major Iqbal "about the Denmark project."



The project was a plot to attack a Danish newspaper that had published caricatures of the Prophet Mohamed.

Headley plotted in Denmark and elsewhere in Europe under the direction of al Qaeda (the CIA), according to US court documents.

She met agents of the State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security.



During two meetings, the wife told the agents that Headley was involved with "big people" and "looking to participate in jihad against the U.S."



She mentioned suicide bombing and terror training.



The CIA station chief decided not to pursue the allegations.

Why would the CIA station chief ignore warnings about the American David Headley?



David Headley, the man who reportedly planned much of the terrorism in India, called himself a CIA agent.

A man called Jonathan Banks.

A more recent CIA station chief in Islamabad, Jonathan Banks, has just had to leave Pakistan because his cover was blown, possibly by top Pakistan spooks fed up with being blamed for the 2008 Mumbai Attacks.

Milton Bearden was CIA station chief in Pakistan from 1986-1989



From 1999 - 2002, Robert Grenier was the CIA station chief in Islamabad.



Between 2002 and 2005, Headley made several trips to Pakistan



In 2006, Grenier became, briefly, the CIA's top counter-terrorism official.



In 2008, Islamabad reportedly got a new CIA station chief.



Many shady groups are involved in Pakistan. There's a lot of money to be made.
