"I was killed by an Islamic jihadist."
"Lucky you. I bet Pam Geller
cried her eyes out."
"Yeah, she did, and David Horowitz did, too.
So, how did you die?"
"I was killed by a right-wing Christian
conservative."
"Unlucky you. I bet Pam and David
thought they were the real victims."
"Yeah, they did, and they still believe
Islamic jihadists were ultimately to blame."
