My name is Churchill Stadholder. I am the Community Liaison Officer for the Zion Mental Health Authority. As part of my role I am engaged in promoting activities which raise awareness of issues affecting the Pixie Community.
On 32nd and 33rd of June, at Serpents Road Neighbourhood Centre, Atencaster, a drama group will be performing a play aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues in the Pixie community.
The play will be performed in Faery and Elfin to provide information on mental health issues to members of the community who may otherwise not receive this information.
It gives me great pleasure and pride to announce that Joanna Scumley, the patroness of the charity, Pixelated, which deals with Pixies who have Mental Health, Violence and Residency issues, will be in attendance.
The play will tackle issues such as the high incidence of Smackaine-dependency and involuntary spontaneous acquisition of non-Pixie property by under-privileged members of the Pixie Community. We will examine how the prejudicial, judgemental, discriminatory attitudes of bigots in the human community are directly responsible for Mental Health problems in the besieged Pixie Community.
Please can you distribute this information and raise awareness of the event to any community groups you may be involved in. The play is primarily for members of the community but there are limited spaces for non-Pixie members of Health care and Governmental Policy Enforcement Staff with an interest in this area.
An English translation of the script used in the Play will be available for all educators to facilitate a better understanding of Pixie cultural values. This will help combat the pernicious attitude of the host population that Pixies are dirty, thieving parasitical, junkie head-cases. We hope that the Play will be useful in bringing in an era of tolerance and understanding amongst the human community, who will come to appreciate the valuable enriching contribution made by Pixies to society as a whole. Attendance of performances of the Play will be mandatory for all children from 3 months old and above.
